Vintage Deluxe style 3 x 3 strip for slot-Head, Nickel, off-white plastic buttons, 15:1, Gotoh.

Notice on these, the thicker shaft without a narrowing of the head of the shaft near the string through hole.  These would be for older true vintage instruments. 

There are two sets of through holes to use on both open headstocks and normal flat headstocks.
